Returns & Refund Policy

Digital Products: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided because it is a digital item.

  • Digital Downloads will be sent to the email address entered at checkout within 24 hours and available for download.

  • You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell digital products for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Infinitus Records.

Merchandise: For all merchandise & apparel, only defective items are eligible for returns and refunds.

  • Merchandise, including clothing and accessories, is shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Shipping times and cost may vary depending on your location by typically take 7-28 days.

  • Shipping information will be emailed to the customer after purchase has been completed, which will also provide a tracking number to check on shipping progress.

Returns & Refund Policy-

The suppliers we use (Printful, Spod etc.) do not allow direct exchanges ; except in cases where there is an error on our end. (e.g. inaccuracy or degradation of print). In the event of a error on our end, please contact us by email contact@infinitusrecords.com

If there is a wrong item ordered, contact us immediately at contact@infinitusrecords.com; although we can not return items, refunds can be processed minus shipping fees for the product(s). For shipping cost please check our Shipping policy

Process for Reorders/ Wrong item and Refunds

  1. Initiate Re-ordering/ Wrong Item:

    • Contact our Customer Service at contact@infinitusrecords.com to initiate the re-ordering or refund.

    • Provide your order number, item details, reason for return and high quality photos of the item(s).

  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your request is approved, we will contact you to complete re-ordering the correct product. Orders may take 1-4 business days to process. Please See our Shipping policy for expected shipping times.

  3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for re-ordering shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item).

  4. Request a Refund:

    • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
